Jennifer Perez has developed an impressive
athletic resume in the world of multi-sport,
earning five national titles while competing as
a junior athlete in triathlon and duathlon.
She has secured the title of Junior National
Champion multiple times, the first of which
came at the 2003 Long Course Duathlon
National Championships. Jen was victorious
at both the 2003 and 2004 Sprint Triathlon
National Championships, and two additional
national titles came in 2004 at the Short Course
Duathlon National Championships and the
Off-Road Duathlon National Championships.

For her athletic achievements, Jen has received
various distinctions including All-American honors
in triathlon in 2004 (Female 18-19). She also
earned Honorable Mention Junior Duathlete
of the Year in 2002, 2003 and 2004
and is a 3-time Team USA Junior Elite Member.

After finishing a very successful junior career,
Jen Perez jumped into the professional ranks
in 2005. Unfortunately, her first season as a
professional athlete was cut short due to the
devastation she and her family experienced from
Hurricane Katrina in her hometown of New Orleans, Louisiana. She experienced yet another set back in 2007. While training off-road she suffered a broken leg and was out for the year. Jen has high expectations for her future in the sport and is excited to begin a strong 2008professional season racing out of her new home in San Marcos, Texas
